I shot this same scene last winter during my first visit. I think it looks a little magical with spring greenery.
Shot with my Canon EOS 800D, auto-bracketing and focus stacking to produce three sets of three images that combined for rich color and better focus from foreground to background.
I visited Lake Catherine State Park Saturday. As far as I know, it is home to the waterfall closest to Little Rock. It’s not tall but it is close. Bridal Veil Falls in Heber Springs is probably second. Anyway this is on a 2 mile loop trail that officially contains 3 vistas that I didn’t notice.

Saturday evening I left the house to shoot the sunset from the observation deck at the Pinnacle Mountain State Park Visitor’s Center. It soon became apparent that I left the house about 5 minutes too late so I stopped on that spot on Highway 300 that provides this view. This was the last few minutes of direct sunlight.
