Christmas Eve Birding

I birded Two Rivers Saturday Morning. The highlight was probably a butterfly but more on that later. I walked the horse trail, which is turning out to be good for sparrows this year. There I saw Chipping, Field, Savannah, Fox, Song, and White-throated Sparrow. Sharp-shinned, Red-shouldered, and Red-tailed Hawks plus a Bald Eagle. One Gray Catbird and one Fish Crow plus 19 other species. As I was leaving through one of the fields, I spooked a butterfly so I followed it until I could get a look and it turned out to be an Orange Sulfur.
