I tried some different processing options with this image from Little Rock’s National Cemetery. I think I like this better.
7/24/2021 Pinnacle Mountain State Park in Infrared
I did Pinnacle Mountain State Park in infrared a couple weeks ago but today it is clear so I went again. I haven’t decided if I like the blue sky flip or not. These were at a wavelength of 720nm, I have three more filters each more infrared than the previous that I need to experiment with but the dew was soaking through my shoes and socks so I called this good. The one picture of just a tree is actually a Summer Tanager in a tree.

Last Saturday morning was gray and overcast, must like the rest of the weekend, but a case of cabin fever sent me to the adjoining National and Oakland Cemeteries in east Little Rock. I did some infrared and some regular pictures but it was the infrared that stood out. Here are two. The first is of course from the National Cemetery and the second from Oakland. I really like how, in the second image, the monuments pop out from the trees almost three dimensional.
