Last Saturday morning was gray and overcast, must like the rest of the weekend, but a case of cabin fever sent me to the adjoining National and Oakland Cemeteries in east Little Rock. I did some infrared and some regular pictures but it was the infrared that stood out. Here are two. The first is of course from the National Cemetery and the second from Oakland. I really like how, in the second image, the monuments pop out from the trees almost three dimensional.

7/11/2021 Mount Holly Cemetery in Infrared

Spent some time at Mount Holly Cemetery with the full spectrum camera this afternoon. It was clearing up for a little while. Two hours later I was in a downpour. Some images looked better with channels mixed and others did not. Note the last image, just 105 years ago this poor woman was buried as the wife of someone. Didn’t even get her own name on her tombstone.
