Angie and I took Arkansas 7 up to Harrison for fall foliage today. Despite a forecast saying that this is the peak, today was too early. That said we did see some color and here at Maplewood Cemetery I got a few shots. There were already plenty of leaves on the ground so there might be a short period between peak foliage and bare trees.
So here is the first of two Full Moons in March rising over Little Rock. I pulled out all the stops for this one after putting the trash in the trash can and going back in for the camera. Hope you enjoy.
I waited too long before leaving the house. If I had left ten or even five minutes sooner, the sky would have been better. As it is, this looks posterized but what a fantastic sunset. I was busy clicking when I heard a vehicle pull up so I looked and saw two more cars besides that one stopped (one in the street) to take pictures.
