Sunrise from Stout’s Point this morning. It was the busiest I’ve ever seen with perhaps 100 people there. I saw several walking in and suspect it was a group from nearby Camp Mitchell. Anyway, there was motorized hang glider in the area and that’s what you see buzzing around.
