I got up a little early to shoot the sunrise over the Arkansas River. I was there, the Sun wasn’t.

I walked the Arboretum Trail at Pinnacle Mountain State Park this morning. The temperature was just right. Yellow-billed Cuckoo, Red-eyed Vireo, and Pileated Woodpecker were all busy singing. I believe the fungus is False Turkey-tail.

Here is a thunderhead glowing like crazy and a waxing Moon shot a few minutes after sunset with my Lumix FZ80.
