I spotted a stand of these Spider Lilies in the water foul protection area of Bell Slough WMA today. Bright white and standing a foot or more high, they stand out.

My daughter, Sam, brought this geranium home from work a few days ago. Today it opened up in it’s full glory. I know it looks like I slid the red slider all the way to the right but I didn’t touch it. Just defocused the background, denoised it, and the flower did the rest.
5/1/2022 May Day Swainson’s Thrush
I walked the Arkansas Arboretum Trail, Sunday May the first. Lots of interesting bird sounds, At one point I heard the distinct water dripping sound of a Swainson’s Thrush and then spotted this guy.
