I arrived at the landing at 7:25. I parked at the first parking lot and then walked north to a gravel road that gave me a view of the north side of the backwater. This road has been regarded since the last time I was there and is in much better shape and provides a better view of the backwater. Then I walked the Isabella Jo-River Trail Loop. I left at 9:30 having walked 4 miles.
